Holiday 2010 Policies & Deadlines




ORDERING DEADLINES FOR DELIVERY BY DECEMBER 25th:

We'd love to get your packages to you in time for Christmas! Here's how to get that to happen:

During-the-day ordering deadline: 3 PM EASTERN

If by GROUND delivery: Order by DECEMBER 13th
PLEASE NOTE: In most cases, expedited shipping (anything faster than ground) for scooters and bikes is quite expensive. We strongly recommend allowing time for ground shipment.
If by 3rd DAY AIR: Order by DECEMBER 16th
If by 2nd DAY AIR: Order by DECEMBER 17th
If by NEXT DAY AIR: Order by DECEMBER 21st
These deadlines allow time for your order to be processed, and for your shipment to get on a delivery truck. Delays due to fraud concerns (see Anti-Fraud Credit Policy below) can prevent timely delivery or cause cancellation of your order.

HOLIDAY 2010 ANTI-FRAUD CREDIT POLICY:


Due to increased levels of fraudulent activity, we can ONLY accept orders with these criteria:

  • -- The billing address matches the issuing bank's records

  • -- The 3-digit code from the back of the card marches the issuing bank's records

  • -- The shipping address matches the billing address

If you wish to have your order shipped to a friend or family member, you will have to ask that friend or family member to make the purchase using their credit card with a billing address that matches the shipping address, and you will have to settle up with them on your own.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience to our shoppers. If it were possible, we would much prefer a business environment without the threat of fraud! That would be much better for merchants and customers. However, until better fraud-detection systems become available, we must hold to these tight criteria so that we can keep our online store open for business.

As always, PayPal orders will ONLY be fulfilled if the account is verified, and the shipping address matches the PayPal account's records.
