  The IZIP Via Mezza, previously the IZIP EzGo Folding Electric Bike, is a compact folding electric hybrid bicycle with human pedal assistance. This nifty set of wheels is a breeze to operate, it comes with a SLA battery that's easy to charge or swap and has a compact folding design that makes it easy to take along with you - just fold it, stow it, and go! When you are ready for the road, it's quick and easy to set up for excursions. With a top speed of up to 15 mph, and a cruising range of 18 to 25 miles, the IZIP Via Mezza is ideal for people on the move. The battery slides out for easy charging, or you can charge it while mounted - plugs into typical outlet; additional battery pack can extend your range - only $131.99 (see option at bottom of this page).  
Folded dimensions: length 34" x width 22" x height 32" Color: Anthracite (black) -- PLEASE NOTE: Red (with silver and black accents) is no longer available (sold out & discontinued by manufacturer). We include, at no extra charge to you, professional bike assembly and testing by the skilled technicians at Currie Technologies. Your bike will be carefully assembled and tuned, and will then be thoroughly examined and tested for proper performance. Currie's Distribution Department will then prep your bike for shipment by removing the front wheel, handlebar, saddle, and pedals, and replacing the bike in its original carton with the original packaging. The carton is also reinforced to ensure safe ground shipment. Currie calls this expert service "Ride in Four" because all you have to do after your bike is delivered is to install (1) the front wheel, (2) the handlebar, (3) the saddle, and (4) the pedals, and you're set to go! For a reasonable additional charge of $50, you may also request the "Ready 2 Ride" service, which means that your bike will be assembled and test-ridden at the factory, with extra attention to the proper functioning of the motor and batteries, and will arrive fully assembled and fully charged, ready to ride straight out of the box - no further assembly is required.
